  • Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Company Cancellations: In the event that we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled session or a full refund.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the session fee will be forfeited.

6. Safety and Liability

  • Water Safety: We prioritize the safety of all participants. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all participants are in good health and capable of participating in swim lessons.

  • Waiver: By enrolling in our services, you agree to waive any liability against Martin Swim Quest and its instructors for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during swim lessons.

No Refund Policy

 

At Martin Swim Quest, we are committed to providing high-quality swim lessons to all our clients. Please carefully review our No Refund Policy before booking.

1. No Refunds

All payments made for swim lessons and related services are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including cancellations, missed sessions, or early termination of services.

2. Class Credits

While we do not issue refunds, any class or session you have paid for will not expire. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, the session credit will remain in your account for future use. You can reschedule your session at a time that suits you, subject to availability.

3. Transferable Classes

If you are unable to use your class credit for any reason, you are welcome to transfer it to a friend or family member. The new participant must agree to our Terms and Conditions before attending the lesson. Please notify us of the transfer in advance.
